Benninghoven and KWS Infra have completed a pioneering Retrofit project together in Netherlands: at the asphalt mixing plant in Eindhoven, both the dryer drum and the burner have now been converted to the very latest Benninghoven technology. This has resulted in significantly improved plant output, greater energy efficiency, and helped to secure the long-term future of the site.

As a recent project in Lithuania has shown, Benninghoven is also well-known in the Baltic States as a solution-focused business partner. The implementation of a modern BLS 4 control system has made the existing plant operated by asphalt producer Alkesta fit for the future again.

A Wirtgen SP 15i produced curbs and gutters for a new housing development in Springfield, Oregon. During the project, the AutoPilot 2.0 integrated machine control system significantly speeded up the construction process by eliminating the considerable time and effort otherwise required for surveying and setting up and breaking down physical stringlines. The result: a reduced workload, lower costs, and higher precision.

Top asphalt quality for fast cars: The Russian construction company Tekhalyans, responsible for resurfacing and maintaining the Sochi Autodrom, relies on the new high-tech TBA 3000 plant for this work. A high mixing capacity, more process reliability, less energy consumption and resource-friendly use of recycled materials – these aspects speak for themselves. Top quality for top speeds up to 320 km/h!
