Hands-on learning, accomplished together. Our apprentices from the Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, and Mechanical Design Engineering programs successfully assembled the new CORE prototype at Benninghoven’s facilities. They did so in record time, largely independently and while mastering all the challenges that a project of this kind involves.

Machine operators ensure that construction projects are successfully realized with the required precision and efficiency. The Wirtgen Group offers practical training with and on its machines to ensure that users can operate them with absolute confidence right from the start. The asphalt-paving crew from contractor Dr. Fink-Stauf is being ideally prepared for the work on real construction sites at the user-training courses from Vögele.

This year, Hamm AG invited around 80 trainees from all German brand headquarters to take part in the event in Tirschenreuth. For a whole three days, everything revolved around machines, plants, and technologies from the Wirtgen Group product brands. From fascinating theory to practical insights.

A real highlight: the trainees had the chance to get their hands on the machines and demonstrate their skills on a real-life construction site.
