The Colas Group are investing in pioneering technology with building contractor SCERM to achieve a significant reduction of the total carbon emissions (CT/VOC) when recycled materials are added to the production process. In the town of Carros in the south of France, the existing plant is retrofitted with the “catalytic converter for asphalt mixing plants” – a key step for securing the future of the site.

The work schedule of contractor Enrico Feind’s milling crew called for the deployment of the company’s W 120 Fi on two milling projects on the same day – in the centre and on the outskirts of Berlin. The machine unites maximum performance and versatility and, thanks to its fully-enclosed cabin, also guarantees a high level of comfort for the operator.

Three slipform pavers SP 64 from Wirtgen were deployed on a road widening project on one of Uruguay’s most important national highways. A collaborative partnership and efficient machine technology were the key factors in assuring the project’s success.

First-class asphalt for the fastest of cars: Russian building contractor Tekhalyans, responsible for the renovation and maintenance of the Sochi Autodrom, is using the new high-tech TBA 3000 plant.
