Compact and efficient: The track-mounted jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110 Z from Kleemann

At this year's bC India Kleemann is represented for the first time at the Wirtgen India stand with its own exhibit. Visitors can get a close look at a MC 110 Z from the MOBICAT series, the tried-and-tested and efficient product range of track-mounted jaw crushers from Kleemann.

Compact and efficient, diverse in application

With a crusher inlet size of 1100 mm x 700 mm and a driving power of 266 kW the MOBICAT MC 110 Z feels equally at home both in hard natural stone and in diverse recycling applications. In addition to a feed capacity of up to 300 t/h, it impresses, despite its relatively compact size, with a range of clever features which are also found on the large Kleemann plants: To enable optimal loading, the feeding unit comprises a hopper made from wear-resistant steel, whose walls can be folded hydraulically for transportation, and a vibrating feeder trough, which is driven by frequency-controlled electric motors. A large, independently vibrating double-deck heavy piece screen which ensures effective pre-screening of the charged material is then added. In addition, the material, which is now already in the required final size, is routed around the crusher via the by-pass directly onto the discharge conveyor. This increases not only the quality of the end product, but also the efficiency of the crusher. With its high reserve capacities it is also able to start-up smoothly with a full crushing jaw. The 1200 mm wide and very robust crusher discharge conveyor then discharges the crushed material securely and reliably and makes possible stockpiles of approx. 3.5 m thanks to its convenient discharge height.
