Kleemann with asphalt recycling at IFAT Munich 2026

Forward-looking solutions for water, recycling, and circularity will be the focus of IFAT Munich 2026, the world's leading trade fair for environmental technologies. As a specialist in mobile crushing and screening plants, for the first time Kleemann will be present at IFAT from the 4th to the 7th of May 2026 at Freigelände Süd (FS.908) and will be exhibiting practical solutions for asphalt processing.

As a co-exhibitor of VDMA Services GmbH, Kleemann will be presenting itself as part of the Crushing Zone (VDMA) – a manufacturer-independent demonstration area that brings innovative processing and recycling technology to life in a technology-neutral, practical, and future-oriented manner.

Live Demo: Kleemann plant train in operation

The focus of the trade fair presentation is on the efficient processing of recycled asphalt material. Kleemann shows how modern mobile crushing and screening plants can be used to produce high-quality aggregates that meet the standard requirements for reuse in bituminous mixtures. The live demonstration of the Kleemann plant train in the Crushing Zone is a particular highlight. The scalper MOBISCREEN MSS 502 EVO, the impact crusher MOBIREX MR 100 NEO and the mobile belt conveyor MBT 20 will be shown in operation here. The interaction of these plants enables the processing of homogeneous fractions and the production of high-quality aggregates. Visitors can experience the entire process directly on site.

From removal to recycling: Asphalt recycling in the loop

The plant train on display is part of a continuous recycling loop: This begins with the selective milling of the surface course, binder course and base course using milling machines from Wirtgen. Separate extraction of the asphalt layers significantly improves the quality of the recycled material. After screening and crushing with the Kleemann plants, the processed material is reused in asphalt mixing plants. Machines from Vögele and Hamm close the circle with installation and compaction. This results in an efficient, sustainable process – from removal and processing to reuse.

Throughout the entire trade fair, representatives from the sales and service company Wirtgen Germany and from the Kleemann factory will be available for personal discussions, technical exchanges and individual questions.
