With our wide range of training programs on applications, operation, and technology, we train you and your employees to use your WIRTGEN GROUP machines effectively and profitably. After all, training for the relevant personnel is a basic requirement for the long-term, optimum use of the machines, as is the specialized knowledge required for servicing and maintenance.

April 15 update: Wirtgen America CTT Service Training Classes

Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, all Service Training classes are suspended through April 30, 2020. We continue to follow CDC guidelines, as well as state and local mandates to safeguard the health and welfare of our CTT students and employees.

The calendar contains classes scheduled for May and beyond. No late withdrawal or cancellation fees will be enforced. If you need to drop enrolled participants with less than 14 calendar days notice, please notify us and we will make the necessary adjustments to refunded charges to the credit card used for payment.

We will continue to monitor the situation and advise of changes to scheduled classes.

To All Wirtgen America CTT Service Training DEALER Admins

Given the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, including guidance regarding travel, we are suspending all Service Training classes through March 31, 2020. While there is no immediate, known danger to any CTT students and employees, the health and welfare of these groups is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and advise of changes to offerings scheduled after March 31. Classes scheduled to start on Tues., March 31 will be re-scheduled to start on Wed., April 1. Additionally we will review options to reschedule canceled classes.

To stay abreast of schedule updates, we suggest you log in to your account on the CTT Service Training Portal and view "My Calendar".

We will drop students from enrollment thru March 31, and no late withdrawal fees will be enforced. If you need to drop enrollee(s) within the 14-day no-cancellation period for classes starting April 1 or later, please notify us and we will drop the students so that charges will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

In the event that we receive additional information that would impact or require us to change this response to the pandemic, you will be informed.


CTT – WIRTGEN AMERICA

Wirtgen America’s Center for Training and Technology offer an extensive curriculum tailored to the learning needs of technicians, operators, work crews, site managers, service engineers, and service department personnel. We can help your team learn how to tackle the day-to-day challenges that occur on and off the job site.

Service Training is held at our 41,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. The Center for Training and Technology houses a total of 11 classrooms, 5 Technology rooms, a 4-bay shop, and a 5-acre proving ground used exclusively for training and demonstrations.

Students attending regularly scheduled classes can enjoy:

  • Lunch in our CTT Cafeteria
  • Shuttle service to and from our facility with our preferred hotel
  • Complimentary airport shuttle for students on the last day of class

CUMMINS EPA 2007-17 Midrange Qualification

The purpose of the course is to qualify technicians on the repair and troubleshooting of Cummins MidRange (QSB, QSC, QSL) engines. This includes fuel systems, aftertreatment, and controls. There is minimal instruction on actual mechanical repairs.

This course covers safe work practices on & around cold milling machines. Participants learn about Wirtgen cutting technology & operation/application best practices for the W200Fi series cold milling machine. Machine operator controls, Level Pro Active, & daily/routine maintenance are covered in detail. Participants are provided the opportunity to apply what they learn preparing them for daily machine operation.

Vogele Super 1800-3iSJ Operations & Service

This course covers how to safely operate and work around a Vögele paver. You will learn factory-recommended best practices for machine operation and for performing daily and scheduled maintenance. After completing this course, you will be better prepared to perform service repairs and diagnose operational problems of the Super 1800-3iSJ paver. You will learn factoryrecommended procedures for doing service repairs and troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. You will get an in-depth look at all controls and displays.
