Trainees set to work on CORE setup

Hands-on learning, completed together. The Wirtgen Group offers practical training with and on its machines to ensure that users can operate them with absolute confidence right from the start. The AZUBI techdays 2026

This year, Hamm AG invited around 80 trainees from all German brand headquarters to take part in the event in Tirschenreuth. At the three-day event, everything revolved around machines, plants and technologies from the Wirtgen Group product brands. From fascinating theory to practical insights.

A real highlight: the trainees had the opportunity to work independently with the machines and demonstrate their skills on a real construction site.
