More comfort in the dark

In the Light Package and Light Package Plus, VÖGELE offers two options for optimum illumination of the workplace for the Dash 5 machine generation.

Light Package

The Lighting Package makes work easier and safer. Good illumination of the workstation reduces the risk of incorrect operation.

Ideal lighting

Bright workstation thanks to integrated LED lighting on the paver operator’s platform. Illuminated tow point rams for better reading of their position.

Freely positionable LED spotlights

Three LED spotlights which can be freely positioned using magnetic holders. These can be attached to the endgate of the screed or to the container wall, for example, to illuminate the paving area even better.

The benefits at a glance:

  • LED lighting integrated in the optional hardtop and in the transverse guide of the control panel illuminate the paver operator’s workstation and all the service points accessible from the platform.
  • LED illumination of the paver operator’s platform.
  • The illumination of the tow point rams makes it easier to check their position in the dark.

Light Package Plus

The Lighting Package Plus ensures optimum illumination across the entire paving width.

The Light Package Plus provides even better illumination across the entire paving width, which is based on the Light Package. The luminous efficacy of the LED spotlights is comparable to that of the light balloon, but it has the great advantage that assembly and separate transport are not required. This saves time and money.

On machines with a hardtop, the LED lighting is integrated into a hardtop extension – protected from wind and rain.

The paver without a hardtop features foldable holders for two LED floodlights.

Perfectly illuminated access

In combination with the Comfort Package with Paver Access Control (PAC), the light can be switched on from the floor. This provides well-illuminated access to the operator’s platform.

  • Additional high-performance LED floodlights are permanently mounted on the machine. This eliminates the need for transport and mounting.
