SPECTIVE intuitive control concept

For simple operation

The operation of crushing plants is becoming more and more complex due to the increasing requirements placed on modern crushing plants. At the same time, the technology must be reliable and as simple as possible to operate – and without lengthy instruction and familiarization periods. This is precisely the strength of the intuitive operating concept SPECTIVE.

SPECTIVE CONNECT*

SPECTIVE CONNECTextends the SPECTIVE control concept and brings all information relevant to the operator during operation. With SPECTIVE CONNECT, the operating concept is always where it should be – with the operator.

All relevant data at a glance:Dashboard, reporting (construction site reports), camera live image, messages and troubleshooting aids, overview of all plants in the train.

Touch panel

The 12 inch touch panel makes setting work on the plant easy. Thanks to a clearly arranged menu navigation, reading off information is very convenient. The intuitive operation guarantees fast familiarization and reduces operating errors.

In the latest generation, the arrangement of the operating buttons and graphic process visualization, including a lockable operating mode selector switch, guarantees even simpler operation and increases safety.

Radio remote control

Installation and disassembly of the plant can be carried out very conveniently and safely from the ground using the radio remote control. Furthermore, all other relevant functions can be controlled. The advantages in the field are the long battery runtime (> 10 h) with LED for charge state and a battery change without tripping an emergency switching off.

Radio remote control, small

Thanks to its compact size, the small radio remote control is suitable for taking with you to the feeding device. In this manner, all relevant functions can be executed conveniently in automatic mode from the excavator. The small radio remote control is the ideal supplement to SPECTIVE CONNECT.

The human-machine interface permits correct operation of the machine in a very simple manner and allows full utilization of its capabilities.

SPECTIVE is characterized by the fact that only functions which are actually required are shown. With clear symbols all plant functions are recognizable at a glance and can be set and adjusted in a few steps.

Simple menu guidance guarantees that only the information which is currently required is displayed on each page. Clear instructions actively support the user in the application, thus reducing operating errors significantly.

If a fault occurs, a fault diagnosis appears on the display. Fault localization, the description and remedy tips result in reduced downtimes

Thanks to the new, simple operating concept, the user can also operate the crushing plant without any prior knowledge and extensive explanations.

The impressive hardware includes the new user interface with a 12" touch panel. The panel is not sensitive to dust, is splashproof and can be operated at the touch of a finger, pen, tool or even gloves. It is also very easy to read in direct sunlight with its brightness and contrast settings.
