Electrifying!
The E-Power generation

Whether for asphalt paving with VÖGELE road pavers or compaction with HAMM rollers, battery-electric machines from the WIRTGEN GROUP can meet our customers’ requirements when it comes to working with local net zero emissions on their construction sites. Electrified solutions for stationary materials processing are also available in the form of KLEEMANN crushers that can be supplied with electric power by connection to an external power supply.

The advantages of electrically-powered machines

  • Operating and performance identical to that of machines powered by internal combustion engines
  • Reduction of CO₂e and noise emissions for operating personnel and local residents
  • Lower maintenance effort, as all electrical components are as good as maintenance-free
  • Easy compliance with threshold values for emissions and noise levels stipulated in project tenders

Low-noise asphalt paving with the MINI 500e road paver

Electrically-powered road pavers from VÖGELE: Sustainable asphalt paving

Battery-electric road pavers from VÖGELE enable asphalt paving with local net zero emissions and low noise. They are particularly suitable for use on small and medium-scale construction projects.

HAMM battery-electric rollers: Low-noise compaction meets local zero emissions

The HD CompactLine battery-electric tandem rollers from HAMM enable low-noise compaction with local net zero emissions. A maintenance-free Li-ion battery with a capacity of around 23 kWh supplies the components via a 48 V on-board power supply. Several of the models are equipped with oscillation rollers that enable compaction with a particularly low level of vibration.

KLEEMANN electrically-powered crushers: high performance meets minimum fuel consumption

Most KLEEMANN crushers and screening plants for use in quarrying are powered by efficient and powerful diesel-electric drive systems and guarantee environmentally-friendly operation with low fuel consumption. They are optimally equipped for the tough demands in the daily routine in the quarry. They can also be fitted with an additional power outlet for supplying electricity to downstream equipment such as a stockpile conveyor or a screening plant.
