Mobile screening plants

The MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants are used for screening almost all types of quarried stone as well as in recycling scenarios. The classifying screens and scalpers are available in double- or triple-deck versions with hydraulic or diesel-electric drives. The MOBISCREEN plants are suitable for a wide range of applications. A large number of appropriate screen surfaces are available for the production of different final grain sizes and for a variety of feed materials. Available now for all KLEEMANN screening plants. Real-time transmission of all relevant digital data to a smartphone and easy stockpile monitoring for even higher productivity.

Mobile coarse screens

The MOBISCREEN coarse screens are used, for example, before the crushing process for sorting out material. Coarse screen media such as slotted grates, finger screens, and punched plates are used. Various plant variants with double-deck screening units are available.

Mobile classifying screens

The Quarry Line classifying screens are designed to cope with the tough conditions experienced in daily work in the quarry. With their diesel-electric drives they are even more powerful and are suitable for linking with crushers from the KLEEMANN Quarry Line. Thanks to their large screening surfaces, a high throughput is guaranteed, also for small grain sizes.

SPECTIVE CONNECT for screening systems

The digital application provides the operator with all relevant data such as speed, consumption values and fill levels directly on their smartphone. Stockpile monitoring can be used to display the current status of material stockpiles. When a certain predefined value is reached, the operator is notified that the stockpile should be cleared promptly. This makes work easier and increases productivity.
