The innovative Dash 5 SprayJet Paver

As a Dash 5 generation machine, the SUPER 1800-5 X SprayJet paver unites maximum performance and the most advanced spray technology. The VÖGELE SprayJet paver can be used not only for paving ultra-thin bonded overlays (UTBO) hot over a polymer-modified bitumen emulsion seal, but also for paving conventional surface and binder courses. Thanks to the ErgoPlus 5 operating concept, the spray module is easy to use and enables users to keep a constant eye on all relevant settings.

ErgoPlus – The operating concept

An innovative machine with the latest technology also includes an advanced operating concept. This must be easy and intuitive to use - and simultaneously ergonomic. The ErgoPlus 5 operating concept makes the operator the focus.

Comfort Package with Paver Access Control (PAC)

The Comfort Package makes operating Dash 5 pavers more user-friendly, safe and ergonomic than ever before. The Comfort Package includes the PAC comfort access feature, Ergonomic Plus operator seats, luggage nets, sound insulation in the canopy, and bottle holders.

Light Package and Light Package Plus

In the Light Package and Light Package Plus, VÖGELE offers two options for optimum illumination of the workplace for the Dash 5 machine generation.

Auto Grade Plus

Auto Grade Plus has been developed by JOSEPH VÖGELE AG based on extensive experience in leveling technology. Easy operation, precision and reliability are its hallmarks for perfect mastery of all grade and slope control jobs.
