This year, Hamm AG invited around 80 trainees from all German brand headquarters to take part in the event in Tirschenreuth. For a whole three days, everything revolved around machines, plants, and technologies from the Wirtgen Group product brands. From fascinating theory to practical insights.
A real highlight: the trainees had the chance to get their hands on the machines and demonstrate their skills on a real-life construction site.
At Kleemann, special attention was paid to ensuring that the screen media could be changed easily and ergonomically. Thanks to well-thought-out features, it was possible to reduce not only set-up times and downtimes, but also to significantly increase safety for users and plant productivity.
