We owe our strength to the five traditional product brands WIRTGEN, VÖGELE, HAMM, KLEEMANN and BENNINGHOVEN. This is what motivates our employees to work together to develop innovative processes and manufacture high-quality products.

What started out as a haulage firm for construction materials in 1961 has grown over the years to become the largest of the WIRTGEN GROUP brand headquarters. Today, the WIRTGEN factory in Windhagen, Rhineland-Palatinate, produces cutting-edge road and mineral technologies. The construction of road milling machines, cold recyclers, soil stabilizers, slipform pavers and surface miners calls for a versatile manufacturing plant and maximum in-house production of components.
At our location in Ludwigshafen, optimally trained and highly motivated employees produce the world‘s most modern pavers, screeds and feeders. Our brand new factory was built in 2010 and is now the world‘s most modern manufacturing facility for pavers.
At our Tirschenreuth location, set amidst the many ponds of the picturesque Upper Palatinate region, our employees have been building the world-famous HAMM rollers in top quality and a modern design for more than 135 years. Here, at the cradle of modern compaction technology, compactors, tandem rollers and rubber-wheeled rollers are produced on flow assembly lines in two large halls packed with modern machines.
KLEEMANN has been producing crushers and screens for mineral processing since the 1920s. At the new brand headquarters built in Göppingen in 2009, all production processes – from prefabrication to final assembly – are accommodated under one roof. All machines are produced with maximum precision.
BENNINGHOVEN has specialized in the production of asphalt mixing plants for more than 50 years. With its long tradition, the manufacturer attaches great importance to quality and innovation. Whether standard or individually customized – BENNINGHOVEN can supply a suitable plant for all market requirements.
We produce locally in Brazil, China and India for optimal coverage of the country-specific needs.
In Langfang, not far from the Chinese capital Beijing, the WIRTGEN GROUP has set up a base which accommodates not only an assembly plant, but also a sales and service center complete with workshop and spare parts store. The local production program includes a selection of WIRTGEN cold milling machines, VÖGELE pavers and HAMM rollers. The proportion of parts and assemblies purchased locally is increasing steadily and the quality standards applied are as strict as those at the brand headquarters in Germany.
The WIRTGEN GROUP’s Indian subsidiary is located near the industrial center Pune in India’s northwest. The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant includes a final assembly hall, a workshop, a blasting plant, a paint shop and a spare parts store. The new machine finishing facility consists of high-pressure washing space for machines as big as screen, to provide best machine finish and safe working environment.
Ciber is a member of the WIRTGEN GROUP based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where it builds mixing plants for road construction in the whole of Latin America. The equipment is also exported to Africa.
