Hands-on learning, completed together. Our trainees from the Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics and Mechanical Design Engineering programmes have successfully set up the new CORE prototype on Benninghoven’s company premises. And they did so in record time, largely without supervision and while mastering all of the challenges that this kind of project involves.

Machine operators ensure that construction projects are successfully realised with the required precision and efficiency. The Wirtgen Group offers practical training with and on its machines to ensure that users can operate them with absolute confidence right from the start. The asphalt-paving crew from contractor Dr. Fink-Stauf is being ideally prepared for the work on real construction sites at the user-training courses provided by Vögele.

This year, Hamm AG invited around 80 trainees from all German brand headquarters to take part in the event in Tirschenreuth. At the three-day event, everything revolved around machines, plants and technologies from the Wirtgen Group product brands. From fascinating theory to practical insights.

A real highlight: the trainees had the opportunity to work independently with the machines and demonstrate their skills on a real construction site.
