Wirtgen Group brings fascinating industry solutions to NordBau 2026

Production System for small construction sites and solutions for materials processing

Windhagen, 15 July 2026 – From 9 to 13 September 2026, the Wirtgen Group will be presenting eight machine exhibits and digital system solutions for the road construction and earthworks sectors and the processing of quarried stone and RAP material on the outdoor area North – N151’.

A powerful combination for the materials processing sector

Kleemann presents a comprehensive solution for the processing of quarried stone and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP): The combination of a MOBISCREEN MSS 802 EVO mobile scalper and a MOBIBELT MBT 24 mobile stockpile conveyor is ideal for a wide range of applications and the optimisation of site logistics. With SPECTIVE CONNECT, operators get direct access to all relevant process data on their smartphone or tablet. The stockpile monitoring function provides a display of the current status of material stockpiles. When a certain preset value is reached, a message appears indicating that the stockpile should be cleared as soon as possible. This makes the work easier and increases productivity.

Machine-trio for smaller construction sites

Another focal point of the appearance at the show is the machine train comprising a Wirtgen small milling machine W 50 Re, a Vögele MINI 500 tracked paver and a HD 8 VV tandem roller from Hamm, which impresses with compact dimensions, outstanding manoeuvrability and the ‘Clear Side’ one-sided drum suspension. The trio of compact machines is ideal for use on inner city construction projects and construction sites with restricted space.

Digital solutions for greater transparency in construction processes

Also being shown at this year’s event are digital solutions for road construction that not only increase productivity but also make the machine operator’s work easier. These include, for example, the Smart Compact Pro digital compaction assistant from Hamm featuring Realtime Density Scan, which enables automated compaction based on real-time asphalt density measurement. For the earthworks sector, Hamm is also presenting the HC 130i C VA compactor, an efficient solution for automated compaction to a preset target value defined in MN/m². Visitors to the booth can also learn more about the Wirtgen Group Performance Tracker: for example, for cold milling (WPT Milling), paving (WPT Paving), compaction (WPT Compacting) and materials processing (WPT Crushing). For quarried stone and RAP, the performance data generated by WPT Crushing are made available in real-time in the Operations Center – the central platform for digital solutions for the end-to-end management of construction sites. This means that target volumes can be produced for construction sites and that machine productivity can be monitored remotely in real-time. As a result, progress on the site can be more easily documented and new orders can be factored into the production schedule in good time.

Specialists from Wirtgen Germany will be at the show to answer any questions visitors may have about products, solutions and the range of services offered by the company group in a personal dialogue.
