Double-deck post screening unit for EVO2 cone and impact crushers

A double-deck post screening unit increases productivity: the two Kleemann EVO2 crushing plants MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 and MOBIREX MR 110(i) EVO2 can now classify two final products. Thanks to the integration of the new Kleemann technology, both plants increase the flexibility of operators. The cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 and impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110(i) EVO2 can now produce two classified final grain sizes with a single machine – without a separate screening plant.

More application flexibility for a Kleemann cone crusher and an impact crusher

The cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 is mainly used in hard stone. The impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110(i) EVO2 is designed for applications in soft and medium-hard stone as well as in recycling. The optionally available double-deck post screening unit also allows both plants to effectively screen grain sizes under 20 mm.

The discharge height of the fine grain conveyor of both Kleemann plants is designed to maximise the height of the stockpile. The return conveyor returns crushed stone that is too coarse back to the crusher unit and thus guarantees a closed material loop. This is another reason why the two plants have a very high product quality.

MOBIREX MR 110(i) EVO2 with wind sifter

For recycling applications, the mobile impact crushing plant MOBIREX MR 110(i) EVO2 can be equipped with an optional wind sifter – or with two for the double-deck post screening unit. They increase quality by removing light-weight contamination such as wood and plastic elements from the material.
