Thanks to increased plant performance, higher RAP feed rates and compliance with stringent emissions standards, operators of asphalt mixing plants are ideally positioned to meet future market requirements.

Benninghoven presents a new, patented and pioneering technology: the REVOC system. This is a technology that enables operators of asphalt mixing plants to achieve higher RAP feed rates while complying with strict emission threshold limits. REVOC supplements existing cold and hot RAP feed systems in asphalt mixing plants, and can reduce total carbon emissions (Ctot) by up to 50% when adding RAP material. Specified threshold values are not exceeded. In Germany, for example, the level remains below the maximum specified by the TA-Luft requirements.

This efficient technology combines the drying and heating of virgin mineral with the utilisation of already generated process energy.
