The display on the screed operator’s console
During paving, users can monitor the left and right side of the screed on the displays of the two screed operator's consoles. Machine parameters, such as the tamper speed or the conveyor speed, can be changed quickly and easily from here. The clear menu structure and unambiguous, language-neutral symbols make operating the display particularly easy and safe.
Simple screed width adjustment
Adjusting the width of the screed is effortless thanks to the easy-grip SmartWheel. This can be done in two speeds: Slow, for precise screed width control along an edge, or fast, for rapid extension or retraction of the screed.
Crown adjustment
The crown can be conveniently adjusted at the touch of a button on the screed operator’s console. When pressing the “plus” or “minus” keys, the set crown value is shown on the display. Installing crown and transverse pavement profiles becomes even easier with the automatic function Grade Assist from VÖGELE.
Hydraulic height adjustment of the side plate
The hydraulically adjustable side plates are operated via one remote control unit per side. Process-relevant functions can also be perfectly controlled via this remote control.
