Mixed fuels

An outstanding feature of the MULTI JET burners is the use of mixed fuels, allowing for example the simultaneous use of up to four fuels through separate nozzles. Asphalt producers benefit from the high flexibility in choosing fuels. The option of using multiple fuels allows plant owners to react to the availability and price development of the energy sources.

On-the-fly fuel switching

Fuels can be switched on the fly, without shutdown or downtime. This system ensures a reliable supply with different fuels, offering plant owners a high level of flexibility when selecting the most cost-effective and most readily available energy source. This significantly contributes to lowering the operating costs.

Remote service option for direct access to the burner control system and diagnostics of individual signal inputs and outputs.
