KLEEMANN | Impact crusher MOBIREX MR EVO2 now also with SPECTIVE CONNECT

The intuitive operating concept SPECTIVE has now also been extended in the KLEEMANN mobile impact crushers MOBIREX MR 110/130(i) EVO2 with SPECTIVE CONNECT. All relevant process information and reporting are now displayed on your smartphone. The plant operator can monitor this information without leaving the excavator or wheel loader.

The impact crushers MOBIREX MR EVO2 are well respected in their class for output and efficiency. The plants excel in both natural stone and recycling. Thanks to their operating concept SPECTIVE, controlling the plants has been easy and very since 2017.

SPECTIVE CONNECT – digital application with real added value

Fuel level, fuel consumption, plant performance, current gap setting and a lot more important process data can be displayed at any time via the mobile app dashboard. In most cases, operators no longer must leave the cab or interrupt production. In case of a warning, SPECTIVE CONNECT displays not only the fault but, at the same time, refers to the corresponding components and includes troubleshooting aids. The smartphone can be taken to the location of the fault that occurred and support the operator step by step with fault evaluation and elimination. SPECTIVE CONNECT also generates clearly arranged reports on consumption, plant performance and the plant usage. These reports can be forwarded by messenger or e-mail. The complete process is visible to the plant operator at any time.

New functions for SPECTIVE CONNECT

If a fault cannot be eliminated, SPECTIVE CONNECT generates a service report which can be sent via messenger to a servicing technician or a WIRTGEN GROUP dealer. All operating hours, fault messages, etc. are available, at a glance in a clearly arranged manner.

The offline troubleshooting aids make it possible, among other things, for a repair technician to remotely support the machine operator because they see the same troubleshooting aids. The technician only needs to enter the fault code and the plant type.

These two new functions are available in the offline area and can be used free of charge without hardware. All you have to do is download the App.

SPECTIVE CONNECT from KLEEMANN is available as an option currently for the impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110/130(i) and the jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 and the cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2. The app can be installed on iOS and Android smartphones.
