One-Stop Asphalt Recycling

The idea of achieving greater self-sufficiency in asphalt recycling and processing had been under discussion at Nordwestdeutsche Mischwerke for some time. Until now, the reclaimed asphalt removed from road construction sites has been recycled by external contractors. The company now plans to produce recycled asphalt itself using mobile Kleemann plants and a Benninghoven and an asphalt mixing plant.

Probably the world's first all-electric demolition site

No exhaust gases, hardly any noise - instead, electric motors hum quietly. In Erlangen, Franconia, two buildings with a total floor space of around 3300 square metres are being demolished. The extraordinary feature: All vehicles and machines are driven electrically – and right in the centre: the MR 100 NEOe from Kleemann.

Climate-friendly recycling economy

Feess is considered an innovative driving force with regard to the recycling economy. At the recycling facility at the company site in Kirchheim/Teck the mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130i PRO plays a key role in concrete processing and thus supports the forward-looking and sustainable approaches of the company.

A trip to Afrika – the mobile plant train from Kleemann impresses in Tanzania

A Kleemann plant train, consisting of jaw crusher, cone crusher and screening plant, embarked on a long journey from Europe to the most rural areas of Tanzania. Find out here what challenges awaited the machinery along the way and how the plant train fared in Tanzania's hard granite.
