Easy Drive – four machine series, one operating concept
With Easy Drive, HAMM has developed a standardised operating concept for tandem rollers (HD+ and DV+ series), compactors (H series) and pneumatic tyre rollers (HP series – Tier 4) that reduces complexity during operation to a minimum and enables operators to react quickly and correctly in no time at all.
With the use of Kleemann-specific designations, we intend to create a consistent, comprehensible and extendable nomenclature. This will permit fast and simple identification of the parts. Furthermore, future products in the product family can be included easily and in a more standardised manner in the designation system.
Quick-change toolholder system HT22 PLUS for cold milling machines
The quick-change toolholder system HT22 PLUS is primarily distinguished by its higher wear resistance. The system's exceptionally long service life leads to noticeably longer intervals between replacements during operations on construction sites. It is also characterised by the prismatic layout of the contact surface.

Milling and mixing rotors for cold recyclers and soil stabilizers
Challenging operating conditions such as the powerful cold recy-cling, granulation or stabilization of coarse-grained soils make ex-treme demands on the cutting tools. This calls for perfectly matched components designed to meet the highest performance requirements. They can be relied on to provide high milling and mixing performance while ensuring maximum resistance and durability at the same time.
Cold recycling with foamed bitumen has become an established technology worldwide and is now increasingly moving into the focus of road authorities and construction companies for use in the rehabilitation and new construction of road pavements. Cold recycling with foamed bitumen produces flexible and highly durable base layers. Being a part of the pavement structure, these are the perfect foundation for the final asphalt overlay to be built at reduced layer thickness. Foamed bitumen is produced from approx. 175 °C hot road-grade bitumen using state-of-theart technology. Microprocessor-controlled injection systems installed in the WIRTGEN recyclers produce the foamed bitumen and inject it into the mineral aggregate in precisely metered quantities.
We focus our attention on the development of solutions that enable our customers and partners to take a more proactive approach. At the same time, we draw on transparent information about the machine status and offer the ability to plan servicing and maintenance work well in advance – and this in conjunction with immediate and needs-oriented support from specialists from our sales and service organisation.
