We secure our customers’ success with innovative machinery and solutions. Being the Number 1 in innovative technologies is consequently one of the guiding principles of our business activities. We are not interested in engineering achievements purely for their own sake - our objective is to convert these achievements into solutions for our customers.
Efficient material conveying concept for PowerFeeders
The powerful conveying concept of the MT 3000-5 can transfer up to 1,200 t of mix to a paver per hour. This means that a truck with a 25 t load of mix can be emptied completely in just 60 seconds. The continuous supply of mix increases paving quality and ensures non-stop paving. Construction projects are completed faster and more efficiently.
We offer sophisticated processes that make the realisation easier for you when your project specifications demand the construction of extremely hard-wearing highways or airport runways and the production of monolithic concrete profiles. Take advantage of the advanced technologies of our extensive machine portfolio for the achievement of maximum precision in concrete paving.
To make optimum use of the machine’s potential, WIRTGEN offer a variety of different milling drum types which differ in their tool spacing and the maximum possible milling depth, which are determined by the application.
Soil stabilisation improves the geotechnical properties of the soil, increasing its bearing capacity and creating a stable foundation for the surface layer.
Intuitive operating concepts enhance operator comfort, thus increasing the productivity of both man and machine. The requirements on simplicity, clarity, comfort and efficiency therefore play an ever-increasing role in product development. WIRTGEN offers customers perfectly engineered operating concepts which allow the machine operator to handle the machine intuitively after only a short training period.
With electric rollers, HAMM is responding to the growing demand for alternative drive technologies in road construction and earthworks. The machines enable compaction without local exhaust emissions at the site and are characterised by their quiet operation.
A thermal mixing process turns aggregates and bitumen into asphalt for road construction. We explain the process and different types of equipment used.
