A fleet of six Wirtgen cold milling machines removed tens of thousands of tons of old asphalt at Oakland International Airport in California in less than 60 hours.
Wirtgen will be coming to bauma 2025 with five world premières
In Munich, Wirtgen will be presenting five world premières in the cold milling and recycling segments and several innovations in the slipform paving and surface mining categories. On booth FS.1011 at the show, the company will be presenting products including the new large milling machine W 250 XF and the new generation of WR series machines.
The surface layer and the binder course of a 3.5-km section of the A60 north of Bitburg was rehabilitated with a train of state-of-the-art machines from the Wirtgen Group.

During the rehabilitation of the Monterey Road in San José (USA), engineering contractor MCK Services, Inc. deployed Wirtgen Group machines and recycled and replaced 42 km of pavement with an overall area of 205,000 m2.
