Scalping screens

Good preparation before the crushing process

The MOBISCREEN MSS 502 EVO and MSS 802 EVO have been designed as high-performance mobile coarse screening plants for changing challenges in different areas of application. With their sophisticated plant designs and flexible conversion options, the best material flow can be guaranteed for natural stone and recycling applications.

Recommended use

> Coarse screen for screening all types of rock and construction waste > Double-deck screen for classifying up to 3 fractions

> Extensive range of coarse screening surfaces

> Feed capacity from 350 t/h to 500 t/h (MSS 502 EVO/ MSS 802 EVO)

Screen surfaces

The matching screen surfaces for optimum results

Screening media are put to the test in everyday life. Original KLEEMANN GRADE screening media are subject to particularly high quality requirements in order to ensure the permanent and reliable screening of the desired material.

The screening result itself is determined by numerous factors. The most important influencing factors include the grain shape, the moisture content and the feed quantity. For KLEEMANN coarse screening plants, GRADE offers a large selection of GRADE offers a large selection of screening media for the upper and lower deck, which can be equipped according to the application and the desired end result. The individual screen segments can be freely configured. That is flexibility in application!

External power supply

(Dual Power Option)

The MSS EVO systems impress with their powerful diesel-hydraulic drive concept and reduced operating costs. All maintenance-relevant components are easily accessible. Service intervals for changing engine oil and filters are designed to be as long as possible. The machines can be conveniently refueled from both sides if one side is inaccessible due to a stockpile. The machines are also relatively quiet, which benefits both the operator and the environment.

Thanks to the optional electro-hydraulic dual-power drive, electrical operation is possible via an external power supply. This enables emission-free and therefore environmentally friendly work with even lower operating costs.
