BENNINGHOVEN plants discontinuously mix the precisely weighed components (mineral, bitumen, filler) of the asphalt mixture in batches as per the recipe in an asphalt mixer.
With the BENNINGHOVEN cold recycling feed systems, up to 40% recycling material can be added to the mixing plant. For this, the recycling material is added cold and directly into the mixer. Even small quantities from 2 t can be covered with these technologies. In combination with a hot feed system, this creates the required flexibility.
Continuously rising energy costs and careful use of limited resources require innovative technologies and continuous further development. The burner type EVO JET was developed by the BENNINGHOVEN research team in practical application.
