High final product quality
Very high product quality is expected from an impact crusher, and this is precisely what the “compact crusher” delivers. This is guaranteed not only by the powerful crushing unit with its 4-ledged rotor with a large impact range and versatile rotor ledge options, but also by the 4 m² large, optional, single-deck post screening unit. This makes it possible to produce a classified final grain size. Thanks to integrated oversize grain returning, the post screening unit is designed such that it can be easily retrofitted per "plug & play". Operators can thus react flexibly to changing application areas. The use of an optional wind sifter can optimize the final product quality even further by removing contamination in the material such as the lightweight materials (e.g. wood and plastic). The air flow can be controlled depending on the material.
