The new HC 100 soil compactor for the Indian market

Cost-effective solution for soil compaction

Hamm announces the launch of the new HC 100 soil compactor, engineered to meet the performance, efficiency and regulatory demands of India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure sector. The HC 100 is manufactured at the state-of-the-art Wirtgen Group facility in Pune, Maharashtra, reaffirming the company’s commitment to delivering advanced, India-focused compaction solutions.

Proven compaction performance and operator-friendly design

With an operating weight of 10,500 kg, a drum width of 2,140 mm and centrifugal forces reaching 242 kN, the HC 100 ensures powerful and consistent compaction on roads, industrial sites and large-scale soil compaction projects. The machine is powered by an efficient, high-performance 54.6 kW CEV Stage V engine. Its intuitive, language-neutral operator interface enhances ease of use for a wide range of conditions on construction sites.

Optional equipment for maximum flexibility

To meet a variety of project requirements, the HC 100 can be equipped with additional technologies such as the Hamm Compaction Meter (HCM) for real-time measurement of stiffness values, automatic vibration mode for uniform results, integrated automatic speed control and high-power LED working lights for better visibility during longer working hours. These technologies enable contractors to configure the machine for maximum productivity and efficiency on the construction site.

M Modem for maximum connectivity

The HC 100 is also equipped with the advanced M Modem telematics system, providing detailed information about machine performance such as fuel consumption, operating parameters, service schedule alerts, maintenance data, error diagnostics and even weather information. This improves uptime, enables proactive service and strengthens fleet management efficiency.
