New Generation MOBIREX MR 130 EVO on View for the First Time
Windhagen, 09th July 2026 – At Steinexpo 2026, Kleemann will be exhibiting innovative solutions for quarry and recycling operations. Apart from the new impact crusher generation, the focus is also on a coordinated plant train. In a Live Demo, Wirtgen will be presenting the Rock Crusher WRC 240.
Based on the motto “You’ll never crush alone.”, Kleemann will be presenting its plant portfolio at Steinexpo. The new impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130 EVO takes center stage at the Wirtgen Group exhibition stand. Equipped with an efficient double-deck secondary screening unit, the plant can produce two classified final grain sizes. Operators will also learn how to use the Lock & Turn Quick Access system to gain faster, safer, and more ergonomic access to the crusher. The new generation of engines with the D-DRIVE drive concept is more economical and, thanks to a load-dependent fan, even quieter. Furthermore, the iron discharge from the new generation of impact crushers has been specifically optimized for use in recycling.
With the jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 120 PRO, the cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90 EVO2 with double-deck secondary screening, and the classifying screen MOBISCREEN MSC 952 EVO, Kleemann will be exhibiting its production system for natural stone applications. The finely tuned plant train can produce up to four final products. Intelligent linking of the machines, provides a well-tuned end-to-end process.
With the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, Kleemann presents the largest scalping screen in the PRO line. The plant is mainly used in natural stone and can work as a stand-alone machine or intelligently interlinked with other crushing and screening plants. With a feed size of 880 x 550 x 330 mm and a feed capacity of up to 750 tons per hour, the plant extends the screening portfolio upward. The large range of screen surfaces and the simple setting of screening parameters make it possible to adapt the MSS 1102 PRO easily to new application conditions or feed material.
The Wirtgen Rock Crusher will also be on view at Steinexpo. The mobile wheeled WRC 240 X is capable of crushing rock, compacted layers, concrete fragments, or cobblestones at a rate of up to 600 t/h. The Live Demo and the exhibition stand offer all trade visitors the opportunity to engage in close dialog with the experts from Wirtgen Group and to find out about the wide range of solutions available for quarrying and recycling.
