This procedure involves the initial crushing of large pieces of rock and materials such as mixed rubble or asphalt, followed by classification according to grain size (screening). This permits the reuse of materials and creates high-quality building materials for a very wide range of applications.

Overview of our mobile crushers

Mobile jaw crushers: Ideal for pre-crushing of soft to hard natural stone, as well as residual construction material such as mixed rubble, bricks and reinforced concrete. They are generally used as pre-crushers.

Mobile impact crushers: Particularly suitable for processing soft to medium-hard natural stone such as limestone, dolomite or sandstone, as well as for the recycling of mixed rubble, bricks, asphalt and concrete.

Mobile cone crushers: The plants are used for pre-crushing in the secondary and tertiary crushing stage in medium-hard to hard and abrasive natural stone and produce a very high final product quality.

Mobile screening plants and stockpile conveyors

Our high-performance mobile screening plants separate the crushed material precisely according to grain size.

Scalping screens can sort material even before the first crushing stage. Robust screen media such as slotted grates, finger screens and punched plates are used. In some cases, the plants are also used as classifying screens.
Classifying screens are used to obtain exact fractions. The plants can be adapted individually to the application through the selection of screen media, setting of the screen inclination and amplitude.
They are supplemented by mobile stockpile conveyors, which optimise the material flow and increase efficiency on the work site.
