Bodemclean from Ederveen in the Netherlands offers mobile recycling solutions. The portfolio also includes screening and cleaning contaminated soil or the production of concrete from recycled materials. For some years now, the team has increasingly focused on mobile recycling processes – and has found the perfect plant in the impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110 EVO2.

Additional components for real added value

The plant in the recycling company processes mixed rubble and demolition material with a feed size of 0–500 mm. This results in high-quality mixed granulates, which are used in road construction, among other applications. The installed electromagnet removes ferrous elements from the final product, while the wind sifter removes lightweight material. Together they guarantee the purity of the final product and increase quality.

To minimise noise emissions generated by the power pack in addition to those from the crushing process, the machine is equipped with ergonomic sound-suppression flaps that direct the sound upwards. “My people really like working with the plant. Everything is easily accessible, operation is very user-friendly and the noise level is significantly reduced,” explains Peter Verweij.

When the recycling company entered the mobile crushing market in 2022, it had no prior experience with crushing or screening plants. “Before making the purchase, we did a lot of research on competitors and the market,” said Peter Verweij. “Kleemann simply has an excellent reputation. Good final product quality, high reliability and fast service - that's the general consensus.” So far, the high expectations have been fully met. A further advantage of the MOBIREX MR 110 EVO2 is the lower fuel consumption. With a capacity of around 40 litres per hour, the plant operates efficiently and relatively economically – an important factor for the Bodemclean team, which places a strong emphasis on conserving resources through recycling and the use of concrete made from recycled materials.
