Technical product designer for mechanical engineering and plant construction (m/f/d)
The perfect start to your career
As a technical product designer, you are able to use development drawings to define the shape and dimensions of the components while making allowance for their subsequent function. You use CAD to design components in 3D models and production drawings for machines and plants, taking the basic principles of control and electrical engineering into consideration.

Duration of training: 3.5 years
Prerequisite: good General Certificate of Secondary Education
Later place of work: Technical development and design
During the three and a half years of training, comprising an interaction of vocational school and company training, your instructors will prepare you for your subsequent career. Centred around a company training plan, you will spend time in different departments.
Furthermore, we offer company-internal instruction that accompanies the vocational school training (incl. English) to prepare you for examinations and later professional life.
If you perform well, we can offer you a take-over if the company situation permits this.
