The John Deere Operations Center™ is the central and user-friendly telematics platform of the Wirtgen Group. It enables the professional management of complete work sites and is the interface between operators, machines, site managers, and dispatchers. For customers who have purchased KLEEMANN crushing plants, the performance data generated by WPT Crushing is available in the Operations Center online and in real time. Target quantities can be created for work sites and the productivity of the machines can be viewed live from a safe distance. As a result, work site progress is easier to record and new orders can be scheduled in good time.

Efficient data transfer: Transmission of relevant machine and operating data for analysis and documentation.

Connectivity via mobile radio network: Fast and reliable order communication via 4G LTE networks.

Monitoring of machine status: Recording and evaluation of technical parameters for timely detection of maintenance requirements and optimisation of machine availability.

Belt scale from KLEEMANN

Tonnage per hour: Recording of the current conveying capacity in real time for monitoring and optimising the material throughput.

Total tonnage: Cumulative recording of the total quantity conveyed - ideal for documentation, accounting and production analyses.

Live data display at the operator panel: Direct visualisation of the measured values on the machine display for simple and fast control by the operating personnel.
