Mixed material, asphalt or demolition material: Different material properties, fluctuating levels of foreign material and high standards of quality and efficiency require not only high-performance machinery but, above all, in-depth knowledge of the application. It was precisely this knowledge that took centre stage at the recycling workshop at Kleemann, where, over 2.5 days, colleagues from all over the world gained new insights and were able to engage in in-depth discussions.
This year, Hamm AG invited around 80 trainees from all German brand headquarters to take part in the event in Tirschenreuth. At the three-day event, everything revolved around machines, plants and technologies from the Wirtgen Group product brands. From fascinating theory to practical insights.
A real highlight: the trainees had the opportunity to work independently with the machines and demonstrate their skills on a real construction site.
At Kleemann, special attention was paid to ensuring that the screen media could be changed easily and ergonomically. Thanks to well-thought-out features, it was possible to reduce not only set-up times and therefore downtime, but also to significantly increase safety for users and plant productivity.
