Excellent visibility

The convenient operator’s platform has an unobstructed view of all the crucial areas of the feeder - such as the receiving hopper for mix, the steering guide and the belt discharge point. This enables the machine to be easily operated by just one person.

A place for everything and everything in its place

The operator’s platform of the PowerFeeder is clearly structured, has a logical layout and offers the operator a professional workspace. The operator’s control console can be protected against wilful damage or vandalism by a shatterproof cover.

A comfortable working environment

A few adjustments are all it takes for the feeder operator to set up the position of his console to suit his way of working. It can be moved across the full width of the operator’s platform, swivelled out to the sides and tilted.

Rigid hardtop for ideal protection

The state-of-the-art glass fibre-reinforced polymer hardtop perfectly protects the operator whatever the weather, come rain or shine.

Consistent service concept

All Dash 5 machines have a standardised service & maintenance concept with identical service intervals.

Safe and convenient access

The convenient access steps with a handrail ensure safe and easy access to the operator’s platform.

Full control for the PowerFeeder operator

Designed to be as intuitive and convenient as possible, the operator’s control console addresses the specific needs of PowerFeeder operators. The operating concept enables easy control of the various functions and the monitoring of critical processes. The ErgoPlus 5 operator’s control console is available as a standard version and as a version with an additional Premium Touch display.

Other features that ensure operating precision

Joystick

The MT 3000-5 Offset has a joystick for controlling the slewing conveyor. The joystick is used for precision control when slewing the conveyor to the right or left, raising or lowering it and for exact regulation of the material transfer rate. The joystick can be attached to either seat console as required. A second joystick is available as an optional extra.

Camera system

The camera system offers the operator an all-round view showing all important areas on the PowerFeeder. View inside the receiving hopper,past the sides of the machine on the right and left and of the discharge point of the slewing conveyor.
