The crushing unit of the MOBICONE cone crusher guarantees a maximum crushing capacity thanks to a large stroke. The innovative crusher structure with large passage area guarantees a high throughput. The gap setting during ongoing operation is a real plus, as well as the automatic zero-point determination – safe and convenient at the push of a button and completely without set-up times. Thanks to a reliable overload system (Tramp Release), the machine is also protected in case of uncrushable material.
Operating principle
With the cone crushers, the feed material is crushed in a circulating opening and closing crushing gap between bowl liner and crusher cone. Opening and closing also takes place simultaneously on the opposites sides of the crushing chamber. Raising and lowering of the bowl liner changes the grain size that is produced
