The SprayJet module

The insulation and integrated electric heating system (2 x 7 kW) ensure that the emulsion is maintained at the temperature required for spraying.

Capacity of emulsion tank: 2,100 liters

Compressed air system integrated into the module

All the main service points are readily accessible.

Auxiliary gas heating for heating up the emulsion when supplied cold

Heated pump circulates the bitumen emulsion in the tank and ensures it is homogenized.

The VÖGELE SprayJet Module allows to precisely select a rate of spread ranging from a very small quantity of emulsion through to a large quantity.

For the spray bars of the SprayJet module, two different types of spray nozzles are available: nozzles of the sizes 10 or 16. Nozzles size 10 are fitted as standard.
