High-performance EVO crushing plants with flexible use

With the MC 110 Z EVO, MR 130 Z EVO2 and the MCO 9 S EVO, Kleemann showcases a cross-section of its portfolio of mobile EVO crushing plants at this year's bauma China. The plants can be used in recycling and natural stone applications and can also be interlinked. Their excellent transport properties allow them to be used flexibly.

Whether it is in natural stone or recycling - Kleemann offers particularly versatile crushing plants with its EVO series. From the MOBICAT jaw crusher to the MOBIREX impact crusher through to the MOBICONE cone crusher, all plants boast innovative technology. They work very efficiently with low diesel consumption and low wear, and at the same time deliver high performance. Thanks to the compact dimensions they are easy to transport and can be moved quickly with their track-mounted design. The crushing plants can therefore be used flexibly at alternating sites or in the quarry. The powerful diesel-direct drive results in low-consumption operation, which is up to 30 percent more economical than diesel-hydraulic drives. The maintenance and control is kept simple for the plant operator. All plant functions and components can be controlled via a menu-guided touch panel.

Efficient combination: MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO and MOBICONE MCO 9 S EVO

The EVO plants can be optimally interlinked. This principle works very well with the mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO and the cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 9 S EVO in natural stone processing. The plants are equipped with the Continuous Feed System (CFS), which ensures a constant material flow. The interlinked plants communicate with each other so that the upstream crushing plant slows down or accelerates its material transport depending on capacity and both plants are always fully utilised. The fines in the feed material are effectively screened by the

MC 110 Z EVO using the independent double-deck prescreen. The material is thus optimally prepared for the cone crusher, whereby at the same time the wear on the jaw crusher is reduced and capacity is increased. The precrushed material is fed directly to the MCO 9 S EVO, which produces a qualified final product with help of its secondary screening unit. The result is a high-quality, cubic product. If more than one classified final grain size is to be achieved, the plant can be interlinked with a MOBISCREEN screening plant, which produces up to four fraction sizes.

The combination of the MOBICONE MCO 9 S EVO and the MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO works very efficiently for a high-quality final product.

Flexible Impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130 Z EVO2

The mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130 Z EVO2 is designed both for recycling and also natural stone processing. The material is prescreened and levelled with the double-deck prescreen. This reduces the wear and improves the final product quality. As the material flow through the plant becomes wider, the throughput of up to 450 tonnes per hour is attained, which is comparable with that of larger impact crushers. The secondary screening unit has a very large screening area for a thoroughly classified final product. MOBIREX plants are equipped with the award-winning Lock & Turn system, which guarantees safe maintenance. Access to the plant is only possible via a multi-stage safety system and the rotor can be locked in any position to change the rotor ledges. As with all EVO plants, all plant components are easily accessible for convenient maintenance.
