Lifecycle

An asphalt mixing plant has a service life of 20 to 30 years, while its electronic components last for approx. 4 to 8 years. This gap has now been closed with the new BENNINGHOVEN lifecycle management.

Keeping software and hardware successively updated:

  • updates and hardware adaptations are conducted in regular, short cycles.
  • The older the control system or components, the greater the risk of failures or incompatibilities affecting parts that cannot be replaced like-for-like.

BENNINGHOVEN Recipe Generator 4.0

Recipe Generator 4.0 includes a software option for dynamically generating recipes with variable quantities of RAP material.

  • Simpler and clearly structured operation
  • Use of the recipe generator regardless of whether the virgin mineral is run through the screen or (NEW) with bypass – recipes are always accurate.
  • Automatic mixing of different recycling types possible – generates the resulting recycling analysis continuously from different recycling types
  • Keeps manual analysis preparation to a minimum
  • Simply enter the RAP analysis (screen curve analysis) directly into the system and the recipe generator automatically executes all other steps.
  • Automatic change of the bitumen type, including tank selection, resulting from the base recipe
  • The user can define exceptions – additives that should not be included in the dynamic adjustment process
