KG, the first phase of the project involved the complete removal of the concrete surface layer of the north runway and associated taxiways within 30 days. Resurfacing could begin only after the completion of this first phase. 350,000 tonnes of extremely hard concrete reinforced with rebar mats (Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement - CRCP) were removed in the course of the cutting process.

For bauma 2016 in Munich, HAMM is bringing along its VC compactors, which are now ready for series production. These compactors with a vibration crusher drum carry out two tasks simultaneously and to the highest quality standards.
