Properties

The MOBICONE MCO 110 S is a mobile cone crusher with integrated triple-deck secondary screening unit. Thanks to the closed material loop, up to three defined final grain sizes can be discharged. It is mainly used in the second or third crushing stage, whereby the electric drive of the plant facilitates interlinking with other Kleemann crushing and screening plants. Thanks to its sturdy design, it is ideal for crushing of hard, abrasive natural stone.

Cone crusher

Screen surfaces

The matching screen surfaces for optimum results

During the daily routine, screen surfaces are really put to the test. To guarantee long-term, reliable screening to the desired final grain size, the screen surfaces from KLEEMANN are made of particularly wear-resistant spring wire steel or round wire.

Thanks to the double-anchoring at the crossings, they have a high mesh stability for uniform screening. The screening result itself is determined by numerous factors. The most important influence factors include the grain shape, the humidity content and the feed volume.
