Properties

The MC 160 PRR is the largest tracked mobile jaw crusher plant from Kleemann. The core of the plant is the jaw crusher of type SStR 1600, with a weight of almost 80 tons, which can receive material with an edge length of up to 1500 x 900 mm. With a feed capacity of up to 1200 tons per hour, the MC 160 PRR a true workaholic.

  • Two units: feeding unit with apron conveyor, main unit with roll screen
  • Each unit has a separate crawler chassis

Jaw crusher

Jaw crushers operate according to the principle of pressure crushing. The crushed material is crushed in the wedge-shaped pit between the fixed crusher jaw and the crusher jaw articulated on an eccentric shaft. The material is crushed by the elliptic course of movement and falls down due to gravity. This occurs until the material is smaller than the set crushing gap.
