Extremely powerful mobile impact crusher with uncompromisingly sturdy construction, well suited in equal measure to recycling tasks and also for lime stone processing. Thanks to the electric drive of the crusher, which is supplied by a powerful diesel engine, processing of even heavily reinforced concrete or large limestone blocks is no problem. The large clearance between the rotor and vibrating discharge chute and the wide crusher discharge conveyor means that even warped steel rods are directed free of collision into the catchment area of the magnet. The drive concept and the intelligent layout of the machine also assure very economic operation.

Impact crusher

In contrast to pressure crushing, the impact crusher operates according to the impact crushing principle. In this process, the crushed material is picked up by a fast moving rotor, greatly accelerated and smashed against a fixed impact plate ("impact toggles"). From there, it falls back within range of the rotor. The crushed material is broken again and again until it can pass through the gap between the rotor and impact toggle.
