For optimised logistics

Speeds things up on the construction site with MOBIBELT stockpile conveyors

The mobile crushing plants from KLEEMANN regulate even inhomogeneous material streams within the plant automatically. Nevertheless, machine operators still have a strong influence on the final product quality and the daily output. They control the input with their bucket excavators and wheel loaders, – i.e. the loading of stone or recycling material. Users also play the main role with regard to output: They co-ordinate the final products by means of building up stockpiles, intermediate storage areas and loading. They will support the new MOBIBELT stockpile conveyors in future. They extend the operating range of the crushing and screening plants, make larger stockpiles possible and improve construction site logistics.

New stockpile conveyor

The MOBIBELT MBT 20 has a crawler chassis and a belt length of 20 m. With its MBT 24 KLEEMANN offers a further stockpile conveyor with crawler chassis and a length of 24 m. The MBW 15 has a wheeled chassis and a 15-m long conveyor belt.

Extended application flexibility

How MOBIBELT stockpile conveyors optimise construction site logistics

Operation with wheel loaders and mobile stockpile conveyor

The layout

> Feeding material by wheel loader

> Clearing material by mobile stockpile conveyor

Application areas

Suitable for different natural stone applications with homogeneous feed material and for processing demolished or cut asphalt. Precondition: Lorries directly downstream of the crushing and screening process do not have to be loaded.

Advantage

A lean process with only one operator required.

Operation with excavator and mobile stockpile conveyor

The layout

> Feeding material by backhoe excavator

> Clearing material by mobile stockpile conveyor

Application areas

Makes top daily outputs possible. Very well suited for all recycling and natural stone applications, particularly economic with inhomogeneous feed materials such as rubble and demolished concrete.

Advantage

Most cost-effective variant: provided that no prescreened material has to be discharged and that no lorries are to be loaded directly downstream of the crushing and screening process.
