The VÖGELE solution for process optimization and documentation is the basis for more effective planning, greater transparency and a targeted, more rapid response to disruptions in the main processes associated with asphalt paving. All parties involved in the project are linked in a network. WITOS Paving Plus connects the supervisors in the asphalt mixing plant, the logistics company’s truck drivers and the entire paving team on site.

The system provides planning engineers and site managers with a full overview of the current project. Potential disruption and obstructions in the paving process are detected more rapidly, providing those in charge with a wide range of intervention options. This enables them to take immediate measures to optimize the job site and remedy deviations from the planned workflow in real time.

The modules of WITOS Paving Plus
The right module for each participant

WITOS Paving Plus is simple and intuitive to operate. Every individual involved in the process operates the module which is right for him. Before construction work begins, for instance, the site manager prepares the project using the Control Module. The mixing plant supervisor uses the Materials Module. The trucks automatically transmit their precise position including estimated arrival time to the system via the Transport Module. The paving supervisor and/or the paver operator operate the JobSite Module locally on the job site. Once the project is complete, the site manager has all the data available for evaluation in the Analysis and Documentation Module.
