The compact Kleemann jaw crusher was last used in a residential area in Munich/Feldmoching during the demolition of two houses built in the 1970s. The rubble was composed mainly of concrete and bricks and was crushed from 0-700 mm to 0-50 mm. Within a few days, around 1,400 tons of rubble was prepared and filled into the excavation pits. With the help of a classifying screen, cables and wood were separated and the recycling material was classified exactly. The MC 100 R EVO is equipped with a spray system for dust reduction, which is important during operation in a residential area to protect residents against excessively high dust development. Irrespective of where the plant is used, Wirtgen Group Service is quickly on site. "Right from the initial machine instruction, I was thrilled by the Service employee. He described the plant down to the smallest detail. If we need a spare part for the plant, we can rely on Service fully and quickly obtain a solution", says Herbert Wohlfarth. He places a high value on the regular maintenance and care of the plant, which ensures that the service life of the MC 100 R EVO is as long as possible.
