The digital application SPECTIVE CONNECT provides real added value

From the perspective of the user, the highlight SPECTIVE CONNECT guarantees genuine work relief: the digital application transfers the data from the mobile impact crushing plants MOBIREX EVO2 to the smartphone. This now means that users of an MR 110(i) EVO2 or MR 130(i) EVO2 in most cases also no longer need to leave the cabin of their excavator or wheel loader and interrupt the ongoing process.

New functions of SPECTIVE CONNECT

If it is not possible to eliminate a fault that has occurred on a crushing plant, SPECTIVE CONNECT prepares a Service report. Users can then send this per messenger to their technical supervisor or to Wirtgen Group Service. Apart from the fault message, the report also contains further information on the respective plant and thus provides fast assistance.

Offline troubleshooting help from SPECTIVE CONNECT has an additional benefit

The offline troubleshooting help also allows customers who do not have the SPECTIVE CONNECT hardware to use the function on their smartphone. The troubleshooting aids are still displayed on the SPECTIVE display on the plant. Up to now, however, users were not able to "take" this information along to the fault source.

Offline troubleshooting help from SPECTIVE CONNECT changes this:

  • If a fault occurs on a crushing plant, in future an additional glance at the smartphone can solve the problem.
  • The offline troubleshooting help also ensures that Service staff – whether internal colleagues or Wirtgen Group Service – can support operators remotely. This only requires the input of the fault code and the plant type.
