EVO 2 Training

Practical training with the new Kleemann EVO 2 crushing and screening plants
In-depth knowledge through practical training

Colleagues from Sales & Service are instructed in the use of the new Kleemann crushing and screening plants

Before the new jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110 EVO2 and the new cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90 EVO2 begin their work at the customer's, the international colleagues were introduced to the highlights of the machines. This was carried out recently in a practical training course in a granodiorite quarry near Dresden.

Praxis – the name says it all

The name – practical training – spoke for itself: the real focus in this training course was on practical experience. The granodiorite quarry near Dresden offered the best conditions for demonstrating the plants to the colleagues with a focus on sales and service topics and, at the same time, to inform them about the important aspects of the application technology.

Work on the machine

The plants were run as a train in linked operation in order to demonstrate the sophisticated multi-stage crushing process and its optimisation potential. This gave the participants the opportunity to adjust different parameters on the plants. Depending on the application, this allowed them to see, for example, how these changes affect the final grain or the machines themselves. The colleagues were particularly impressed with the effectiveness of the overload systems of the plants.

Training with screening technology included

As a linked plant train also includes screening plants, screening technology was also an important element of the training. Apart from theoretical knowledge that was conveyed in a playful manner with the models, training also covered changing of the screen surfaces and a lot more.

Enthusiastic feedback

After 2.5 training days, overall feedback from the participants was very positive. Not only because they saw each other again for the first time since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also, above all, because they were able to enhance their knowledge of the plants and return to their work with lots of new insights. The combination of theory and plenty of practical application was appreciated – and the trainer team was also very satisfied with the course of events: "In this training course, it was particularly important to us to bring together the areas Sales, Service and Application Technology. The interaction of these areas is ultimately our great strength and area of competence that allows us to offer our customers the best possible solutions."
