MILL ASSIST digital operator

In automatic mode, the MILL ASSIST digital assistance system for WIRTGEN large and compact milling machines always dynamically selects the operating strategy with the ideal balance between performance and consumption. In ECO mode, for example, the focus is on cost optimisation. MILL ASSIST makes life easier for operators, improves machine performance, and reduces CO₂ emissions, water usage and tool wear.

“Dash 5” – Optimised sustainability

With its new Dash 5 paver generation, VÖGELE has further boosted efficiency, sustainability, user-friendliness as well as process automation. The optimised VÖGELE EcoPlus emission reduction package enables fuel-efficient operation, delivering a reduction in CO₂ emissions of up to 25%. Furthermore, it also renders the new pavers among the quietest in their class.

Ready for zero local emissions

Eight battery-electric tandem rollers from the HAMM HD CompactLine now enable local emission-free compaction. A maintenance-free Li-ion battery with a capacity of around 23 kWh supplies the components via a 48 V on-board power supply. Compaction power and operation are identical to the diesel-powered models.

The MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO impact crusher from KLEEMANN unifies performance, precision, and sustainability. A fully electric drive concept with the option of external power supply enables emission-free operation on site. Numerous functions have been added to the SPECTIVE integrated operating concept and the SPECTIVE CONNECT digital application.

100% recycled material

With BENNINGHOVEN, meeting air pollution standards and using recycled materials is not a contradiction in asphalt production. The counterflow recycling drum with hot gas generator reduces total carbon emissions (Ctot) by more than 50% and allows the addition of up to 100% recycled material. This is yet another important contribution to circular economy.

Fuels from non-fossil sources significantly reduce emission loads and are permanently available. With the new EVO JET burners, BENNINGHOVEN offers the flexibility to use alternative fuels from renewable sources, ranging from wood dust to liquefied biomass (BtL).
